Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any roof assessment or rejuvenation services provided by Neo Roof. By requesting an assessment or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Services

Neo Roof provides free roof assessments and optional asphalt shingle roof rejuvenation. A written price is provided after the assessment, before any work is scheduled. No work begins without your written approval.

Roof rejuvenation is a maintenance treatment for aging but serviceable asphalt shingles. It is not a repair, a coating, or a substitute for replacement on a roof at the end of its service life.

Assessments

Assessments are visual, non-destructive inspections performed from the roof surface and ground. We document our observations with photographs and provide our recommendation in good faith. The assessment is not a warranty or guarantee of roof performance.

We may determine during the assessment that rejuvenation is not appropriate for your roof. In that case we will tell you so rather than perform the treatment.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the roof and surrounding property on the scheduled date, including clearing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and pets from the work area. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions we could not reasonably observe.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in the written price quote. Work is scheduled only after the quote is approved. Any deposits or payment schedule are described in that quote.

Limitations

Roof rejuvenation cannot rebuild shingles that have already cracked, cupped, or lost their mat. Results vary with roof condition, age, climate, and ventilation. We do not guarantee a specific appearance outcome or service-life extension, and we make no representation that rejuvenation will satisfy any insurance inspection or underwriting requirement.

Warranty disclaimer

Any product or workmanship warranty is stated separately in your written quote. Except as stated there, services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neo Roof's liability for any claim arising from its services is limited to the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page.
